     Note: The Garden Studio can be combined with one, two or three Garden 
                 Bedrooms into an entire villa, that accommodates 8 people luxuriously.
Rates are based upon Single/Double occupancy per room.

     Rates are subject to 12.5% Government Room Tax. Rates are

     Maid Service Monday thru Saturday.

     All major credit cards are accepted.
     No Refunds For Late Arrivals Or Early Departures.
    Pets are not allowed in rental villas.
Refundable damage deposit based upon accommodations rented and number of guests per room.

A 3 night deposit at reservation, for rentals of 6 or more nights.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
 Less then 6 nights full payment requested.
